Does anyone else think that real estate speculators are a major problem?
April 7th, 2009 | by admin |There were a lot of people specualting on real estate taking 0 down mortgages and now walking away from the houses and letting the banks foreclose. These people have ruined some markets and there only punishment is a ding on their credit score. What a joke. Thanks loose lending. Everyone acted like the party would never end.
